The Firm

Barbosa & Souza Auditores Associados S/S, established in São Paulo, has been providing services in auditing, financial and accounting consulting, outsourcing, tax advising, and labor and social security guidance since 1976.

It was founded by AURELIO B. BARBOSA and OSVALDO M. DE SOUZA, who had gained vast experience in the areas of auditing, accounting and consulting while working at independent auditing firms (KPMG Auditores Independentes), where they held different positions.

From its beginning, it has provided services to businesses of all kinds in different levels of development, and among its clients with foreign capital there is a strong presence of subsidiaries of Germany companies.

Our staff, our experience and the knowledge we have gained through the years allow us to understand the needs of each of our clients and to offer customized solutions.

We are registered with the German Ministry of Finance and associated to the German-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, in São Paulo.
